Present writ petition takes exception to order dated 20.11.2025 passed by the Hon'ble State Minister Cooperation Department/respondent no.2 in Appeal No.238 of 2024 under the provisions of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 2.
The impugned order dated 20.11.2025 depicts that Hon'ble Minister has issued directions for expeditious disposal of Appeal No.238 of 2024 pending before respondent no.6/Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies at, Nashik, particularly stipulating period of three months. Till decision of pending appeal, stayed operation and

After hearing learned advocates appearing for respective parties, learned A.G.P. was called upon to take instructions regarding status of Appeal No.238 of 2024 pending before respondent no.6.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submitted that appeal is posted for hearing on 21.4.2026 and if parties co-operates, same can be decided within a period of 15 days thereafter. 5.
Learned counsel appearing for the parties assures that they shall appear before respondent no.6 on the given date and complete their submissions so that final order can be passed in the Appeal.

In light of aforesaid submissions writ petition stands disposed off with directions to respondent no.6 to decide the pending appeal within a period of 15 days from 21.04.2026.
