The petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide her claim of belonging to "Tokre Koli" Scheduled Tribe expeditiously.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is still holding the post of Municipal Corporator. 4.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that, the tribe claim of the petitioner will be decided within four months.

In view of the said statement, the petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within four months from the date of this order. 6.
