The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe is pending with the respondent/ Scrutiny Committee for its verification since 17.04.2025..

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for the NEET-UG-2026 examination and needs the validity, we direct the respondent/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July 2026.
