By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe, which is pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 13th of January 2025.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for MS-CET 2026 examination and needs the validity certificate, we direct respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July 2026.
