Admittedly, there is no permission for construction as there was no application for seeking approval to the development plan or permission to commence the construction. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would make an application to the Corporation seeking regularization based on the applicable rules, as also in terms of the penalties, etc., if any. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner SUNNY THOTE

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Until the Corporation decides the application of the Petitioner, no further construction and no creation of third-party interests, by the Petitioner.
