By the impugned order, the interim application filed in revision application is rejected in the absence of compliance of Section 154-2A of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

In view of above, the Revisional Authority could not have entertained such application unless the petitioner has complied with Section 154-2A of the Act. Hence, the writ Petition cannot be entertained.

The writ petition stand disposed of.
