By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a limited relief of expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe which is pending before the respondent - Scrutiny Committee since 12.08.2024.

In the light of the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for NEET - UG - 2026 exam and needs the validity, we direct the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim
