By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a limited relief of expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe which is pending before the respondent - Scrutiny Committee since 24.12.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell inquiry report of his cousin sister is already on record and the petitioner is ready to accept the same. 3.

In the light of the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for NEET - UG - 2026 exam and needs the validity, we

2 33.WP.3509.26.odt direct the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July 2026. With this direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
