By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Respondents to grant admission to the Petitioner in the 3rd Year B.A. LL.B. course for the Academic Year 2025-26 by condoning SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT the delay and grant "Special Admission" to the Petitioner in the said Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the 1/2

Mr. Rui Rodrigues appears for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 4.

Considering that none appears for Respondent No. 3College whom the Petitioner states had not uploaded the admission form of the Petitioner on the portal of the Respondent - University by the stipulated date, i.e. 25th October 2025, the Respondent No. 3College is required to make an appearance before this Court. 5.

Issue notice to Respondent No. 3-College, returnable on 6th April 2026 to be placed High on Board.
