The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 17.11.2025 passed by Additional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik, thereby rejecting petitioners' application for stay pending RTS Appeal No.742/2025.

Mr. Karpe, learned Advocate appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3 submits that RTS Appeal No.742/2025 has been finally heard by Additional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik and same is posted for judgment. In view of aforesaid development, Writ Petition which has been filed challenging order passed on stay application can be disposed of by continuing interim relief granted by this Court under order dated 06.04.2026 till disposal of Appeal pending before learned Additional Commissioner. 3.

Mr. Bhavar, learned Advocate appearing for petitioners has no objection, if Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid manner.

In result, Writ Petition stands disposed of. The interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 06.04.2026 shall continue till disposal of RTS Appeal No.472/2025 pending before Additional Commissioner/respondent no.5.

Needless to state here that, this Court has not delved into merits of contentions of parties and Appellate Authority is expected to pass final order in Appeal on its own merits within reasonable period and in any case, within period of one month from date of this order.
