1) Motion is made with a complaint that the Petitioner is not permitted to remove the articles from the licensed premises even though the Petitioner was willing to handover possession thereof to Respondent No. 3.

2) Respondent No. 3-in-person submits that she has no objection if the Petitioner removes his articles from the licensed premises. She however submits that necessary security protocols of the society needs to be followed. She also complains that certain valuables Page No.

Renuka 904-wp-3553-2026 belonging to her are also sought to be removed by the Petitioner. The allegation is denied by the Petitioner. In any case, that dispute cannot be agitated before this Court.

3) Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel appearing for Petitioner submits that the Petitioner shall remove his movable articles from the license premises on 11 April 2026.
