It is reported that the Respondents have made deposits in the Court of Small Causes in pursuance of the orders passed by the Appellate Bench of Small Causes Court. Since Trial Court's order dated 6 May 2023 in Obstructionist Notice No.43 of 2023 is confirmed, the Petitioner would be at liberty to withdraw the entire deposited amount in the Small Causes Court alongwith accrued interest.
