When the petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner bank (secured creditor) submits that in so far as prayer Clause (A) is concerned, as per the latest status of the company petition filed under Section 94 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), it is found that the registration of the same has been declined. In that light, it is submitted that prayer clause (A) can be said to have worked itself out. 2.

But, as regards prayer Clause (B), it is submitted that this Court may permit appropriate amendment to be carried out in the writ petition to add the concerned state authorities as parties along with the Advocate Commissioner, so that the relief at prayer clause (C) can be pressed on the Sweety

In view of the above, leave is granted to the petitioner to carry out the amendment within a period of one week from today. 4.

List this petition in the same category of fresh matters on 29th April 2026.
