The learned Advocate for the Petitioners (parents of Respondent No.3 and in-laws of Respondent No.2) submits that the Petitioners have amicably settled the dispute with Respondent Nos.2 and 3, who have filed consent terms inter se before the Family Court at Bandra in Marriage Petition No.A2379 of 2024. A photostat copy of the said consent terms dated 1st June, 2026 (4 Pages) are tendered to the Court, which are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
