By an order dated 18.03.2026, this Court had directed the DRAT to dispose of the said miscellaneous appeal within four weeks from the date of the order.

Recently, on 15.04.2026, the DRAT passed an order recording that the appellant (petitioner in the disposed of writ petition i.e. Bank of Maharashtra) would be seeking extension of time from this Court. 4.
