Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ directing the Respondents to grant permission to the petitioner for conducting the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti procession on 26 April 2026 in Bhokar, Tq. Bhokar, Dist. Nanded and for that purpose issue necessary orders."

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that since last 60 years, the petitioners are celebrating Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Jayanti on 26.04.2026 at Bhokar, Dist. Nanded. Learned AGP waives notice for all respondents. He, upon instruction from respondent No. 5, submits that the representation would be decided as early as possible.
