Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Senior Counsel for respondent No.4 and the learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the complaint dated 08/01/2026 filed by the petitioner against respondent No.4 expeditiously.

Learned AGP points out that the tribe claim of respondent No.4 is pending before the respondent - Scrutiny Committee and the same is yet to be decided. In light of the same, we permit the petitioner to intervene in the proceedings relating to verification of
2 Production 1 wp 3624-26 the tribe claim of respondent No.4 and the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing in the said proceedings. 4.
In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of respondent No.4 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today.
