Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 - The Joint Director, Technical Education, Government Polytechnic Campus, Nashik Road, Nashik to decide the proposal dated 27.11.2025 submitted by the petitioner within stipulated time.

Learned AGP waives notice for both the respondents. Upon instructions from respondent no.2, learned AGP submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight weeks. We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the said proposal within a period of eight weeks.
