Heard learned Advocate for petitioners. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Learned Advocate Mr. S.R. Yadav Lonikar waives notice for respondent No.4. No necessity to issue notice to respondent Nos.5 and 6.

Petitioners are challenging communication dated 06.01.2026, however, perusal of the same would show that proposal for inclusion of the petitioners' names in the Shalarth ID is not rejected, but it has been returned

924_WP_3636_2026 for want of documents. There was, in fact, no cause of action for the petitioners to file the petition. Respondent Nos.5 an 6 ought to have removed those defects and re-submitted the proposal and accordingly, it appears that the proposal has been re-submitted on 04.02.2026.
