The challenge in this petition is to a final judgment and SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI Date: 2026.04.04 11:30:15 +0530 decree dated 7th August, 2024, passed by the Appellate Court in Regular Civil Appeal No.69/2017. The petitioner has a statutory remedy of appeal under the regime of Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
