The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe is pending with the respondent-Scrutiny Committee since 05.11.2024, and therefore, the petitioner is seeking direction that the same be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell inquiry report of the cousin brother of the petitioner is already on record and the petitioner is ready to adopt the same.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No.2Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July2026. 5.
