The petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe which is pending with the respondent-Scrutiny Committee since 09.06.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell inquiry report of the father of petitioner is already submitted during the verification proceedings of his father and the petitioner is ready to adopt the same.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No.2Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July2026. 5.
