Submitting that the Respondent/original complainant has moved a Contempt Petition before the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal ('MAT'), which is fixed today, Ms. Pooja Patil, learned AGP appearing for the Petitioner submits that the impugned order is unsustainable in the eyes of law and, therefore, needs to be stayed by this Court.

Mr. Kamble, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, however, has submitted that the Contempt Case is listed on 1st April, 2026. Since this matter was earlier circulated for 1st April, 2026, hence, the Writ Petition be posted again on that day. REKHA PRAKASH PATIL 3.

In view of the above, we direct that this Writ Petition be posted on 1st April, 2026, High on Board, by further making it clear by REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Date: 2026.03.27 16:20:08 +0530
