The present Writ Petition is filed raising challenge to show cause notice bearing no. 2025/Gau.Kha/A.Wa/Da.Ka/Kavi dated 10.02.2026 issued by Sub-Divisional Officer, Beed. 2.

Mr. Kharosekar, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner, submits that Petitioner was served with show cause notice dated 10.02.2026 alleging that his vehicle bearing registration no. MH-23-AU6985 was found in use for unauthorized transportation of minor minerals. The Petitioner has replied show cause notice on 17.03.2026, however, till this date, no further decision is taken in pursuance to notice.

In light of submissions advanced, Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to Sub-Divisional Officer, Beed to take final
