The Petitioners suffered order under Section 5 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, 1906 (for short 'the Act'). They have filed Revision Application No. 18/2026 under Section 23 of the Act. They have also filed an application for stay to order passed by Mamlatdar. However, till this date, no order is passed on stay application. Meanwhile, Tahsildar has issued direction to Circle Officer, Pimpalgaon to execute order dated 09.01.2026 passed under Section 5 of Act. 2.

In light of aforesaid factual backdrop, Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to Sub-Divisional Officer to decide pending Revision Application within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.

Till then, execution of order dated 09.01.2026 passed by Tahsildar/Mamlatdar in File No. 2026/tek&1/dkoh&569/1 shall be kept in abeyance.
