Heard. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Naikda', Scheduled Tribe which is pending with Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee since 22.12.2025.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Vigilance Cell Enquiry Report submitted during the verification of tribe claim of his cousin uncle is already on record and he is ready to adopt the same. In the light of that, we direct Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026. 3.
