Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. We find that prima facie, Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 could not have been allowed to continue in possession of the subject property beyond a period of six weeks from the date of the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) passed on 14/07/2025. There is nothing to show that the said respondents have settled their loan account with the petitioner. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent applications filed on behalf of the petitioner are languishing before the DRT and no effective orders have been passed till date. Sweety

In other words, Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have enjoyed the protection of the order dated 14/07/2025 passed by the DRT not only for the stated period of six weeks, but well beyond that and till date. 4.
Issue notice for final disposal returnable on 9th April 2026, to be listed in the supplementary list. Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 6, 7 and 8. Mr. Vishal Dushing, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4. Service of notice upon Respondent No. 5 is dispensed with.
