By way of this petition, the petitioners are seeking direction to respondent No.2 for regularization of their services on the posts of Chemist and Laboratory Attendant. The petitioners have also sought direction against respondent No.2 to decide their representation dated 20th February 2026 within stipulated period for regularization of services of the petitioners.
3.
However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners at present have waived prayer clause 'B', whereby they have sought regularization of their services on the posts of Chemist and Laboratory Attendant. As such, now there is only one prayer is in

Though the learned A.G.P. strongly opposed for granting prayer clause 'C' in favour of the petitioners, but considering the innocuous nature of the said prayer, respondent No.2 can be directed to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 20.02.2026 on its own merits and as per prevailing legal provisions. 5.
As such, the present petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 20.02.2026 of the petitioners on its own merits and in the light of prevailing legal provisions within the period of three months from the date of this order.
6.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
