In these petitions secured creditors are before this Court, raising a grievance about inaction on the part of the respondent State authorities, including the concerned Tahsildars, in executing or re-executing orders passed by the Competent Magistrates under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

The learned AGPs appear on behalf of all the respondents in these
petitions.

We intend to issue specific directions to the Tahsildars and the concerned police personnel to ensure execution of the said orders passed by the Competent Magistrates. In that regard, the learned AGPs seek a short adjournment to take specific instructions so that appropriate directions can be issued on the next date of listing.

In view of the above, list all these petitions on 2nd April 2026 in the "Fresh Category."
