By this petition, the petitioner/father takes exception to the order dated 15th December 2025 passed by the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai below Exhibit-35 and 41 in Petition No. D-13 of 2025. By the order impugned, the learned Family Court has allowed the application filed by the respondent/mother for renewal of the passport of their minor daughter. 2.

I have heard the petitioner in person.

During the course of hearing of the present petition, it transpired that the passport of minor daughter is already renewed. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present petition. Hence, the Petition is dismissed.
