The learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 takes serious objection to maintainability of Writ Petition as Petitioner has already availed remedy under Section 18(4) of the Maharashtra Money-Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 by filing Revision before Divisional Joint Registrar at Nashik. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner submits that Petitioner is willing to withdraw proceedings before Divisional Joint Registrar as same is not maintainable.
