In the present matter, the limited prayer is directed against Respondent No. 2 to forward the proposal submitted by Respondent No. 3 to Respondent No. 1 for its consideration. The matter has been pending since 01.04.2024. Further, a direction is sought to Respondent No. 1 to decide the said proposal within a stipulated period. 3.

The learned AGP waives service of notice for all the respondents and submits that the said proposal has been forwarded by

The statement is accepted as an undertaking insofar as Respondent No. 2 is concerned. Respondent No. 2 shall forward the said proposal to Respondent No. 1 within a period of four (4) weeks from today, and Respondent No. 1 shall decide the same within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter. In all, the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. 5.
