By this petition, the petitioners are seeking expeditious disposal of their tribe claims, belonging to the 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe, pending with the respondent-Scrutiny Committee since 10/03/2025.

In view of the fact that the petitioners intend to appear for the NEET-Undergraduate 2026 Examination and are pursuing higher studies, we direct the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claims of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, preferably by the end of July 2026.
