Learned AGP submits that the petitioners have filed an application under Section 64 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 before the competent authority, wherein the same prayer has been made. The learned advocate for the petitioners now submits that a pursis has been filed before the said authority stating that the petitioners are not pressing the said application. We wish to peruse the pursis filed before the competent authority. The learned advocate for the petitioners is, therefore, directed to place on record a copy of the said pursis. 2.
