The tribe claim of the petitioner is stated to have been pending with Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee of belonging to 'Rajgond, Scheduled Tribe, since 27.01.2026. The petitioner therefore seeks expeditious disposal of the said tribe claim. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Vigilance Cell Enquiry Report submitted during the verification of her cousin brother's tribe claim is on record and she is ready to adopt the same. 4.

In that view of the matter, since the petitioner is desirous of appearing for NEET-UG-2026 and desirous to prosecute the higher studies, we direct Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and Narwade
