By this Petition, the Petitioners have sought a direction to place the Petitioners' Appeal dated 12th March, 2026 and Interim Application dated 12th March, 2026 before the Hon'ble Minister other than Respondent No.7 and for its disposal as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

Dr. Milind Sathe, learned Advocate General for Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 & 8 states on instructions that the Petitioners' Appeal and Interim Application dated 12th March, 2026 will be placed before the Hon'ble Minister as per the 'Conduct of Business Rules', and they will be disposed off within a period of eight weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

Till the Interim Application dated 12th March, 2026 preferred by the Petitioners is disposed off by the Hon'ble Minister and for a period of two weeks thereafter, the impugned Order dated 11th March, 2026 shall not be given effect to. 4.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
