By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction for expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev, Scheduled Tribe', which is pending with Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee since 14.07.2025.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for NEET-2026 examination and wants to prosecute higher studies, we direct Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to make an endevour to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026.
