The petitioner is seeking direction to decide his tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev-29', Scheduled Tribe which is pending with Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee since 09.06.2025. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Vigilance Cell Enquiry Report submitted in the case of his cousin brother is already on record and he is ready to adopt the same. 4.

In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026. 5.
