Heard. By this petition a limited prayer has been made seeking direction to Respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe which is pending with Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee since 16.06.2025.

Learned AGP on instructions submit that the proceedings of the petitioner's tribe claim has already been closed for passing order and the final order will be passed within a period of four (4) weeks from today.

We accept the said statement and accordingly disposed of the writ petition.
