Heard. The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Thakur', Scheduled Tribe is stated to have been pending with Respondent Scrutiny Committee since 06.01.2024.The petitioner therefore seeks direction to dispose of the said proceedings within stipulated period.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting his higher studies of Bachelor of Engineering, we direct Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of June, 2026.
