Heard. The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Tokre Koli, Scheduled Tribe is pending with Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 04.03.2025 and therefore he seeks direction for expeditious disposal of his tribe claim.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting higher studies, we direct Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August, 2026. 3.
