Heard. The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Thakur', Scheduled Tribe is pending with Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 17.04.2025 and therefore he seeks direction for expeditious disposal of her tribe claim.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is prosecuting her studies and needs the validity certificate, we direct Respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July 2026.
