Heard. The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe is pending with Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee since 30.12.2025 and therefore he seeks direction for expeditious disposal of his tribe claim.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for JEE 2026 (Session-1) and MHT CET-2026 and needs the validity certificate, we direct Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026.
