Heard. The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe is pending with Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 18.11.2025 and therefore she seeks direction for expeditious disposal of her tribe claim. 2.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for NEET Examination for the academic year 2026-27 and needs the validity certificate, we direct Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case by the end of August, 2026.
