Heard. The tribe claims of the petitioners of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe are pending with Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 16.05.2025 and 01.01.2026 respectively, therefore they seek direction for expeditious disposal of their tribe claims.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are desirous of prosecuting their higher studies and are in need of validity certificates, we direct Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claims of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, by the end of July, 2026.
