By this petition the petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent No.2/Scrutiny committee to decide her tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe which is pending with Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 04.09.2025. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting higher studies, we direct Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July, 2026. 4.
