25th MARCH 2026 P.C. :
1.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. We have perused the impugned order dated 23/03/2026. It is the grievance of the petitioners that no sufficient opportunity was granted to the petitioners to respond to the notice for demolition of the suit structures. It is the contention of the petitioners that the suit structures are in existence for more than 60 years. The petitioners have relied upon some documents to indicate that existence of the said structures was from 1975, but the same could not be produced as no sufficient time is granted to the respond to the

2.
It is submitted that demolition squad is already there at the site. Hence, it is for this reason, we have taken this matter out of turn. We have requested Mr. Limaye to appear as he normally appears for the Corporation. Mr. Limaye submits that he will inform the Corporation about this order passed. Mr.Limaye however submitted that he has no instructions to appear. We make it clear that it is at our request, Mr. Limaye appeared. 3.
Till next date, the suit structures not to be demolished. 4.
List the matter on 30/03/2026 under the category 'For Fresh Admission'.
5.
The petitioners to serve a private notice on the respondents, apart from Mr. Limaye informing the Corporation the next date. 6.
