Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for a direction to the Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation to implement its own order dated 15/05/2025 which is at page 74 of the paperbook. 3.

Learned counsel for the Corporation, on instructions, submits that they are bound to implement the order, however, the same has not been taken forward due to the pending civil suit filed by the affected party.

Since the order dated 15/05/2025 has been passed, obviously the Corporation must take appropriate steps to implement the same expeditiously in accordance with law subject to there being any legal impediment.
