The present petition has been filed seeking directions to Respondent No.3 - the Deputy Director of School Education, Nashik Division, Nashik, to decide the proposals dated 22.01.2025, 29.08.2025 and 13.10.2025 in respect of the respective petitioners. The said proposals were forwarded by the Principal of Srimati Kamaltai Purushottam Patil Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Bhaler, Tq. & Dist. Nandurbar, for inclusion of the names of the petitioners in the Shalarth ID Pranali. 3.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and, upon instructions from Respondent No.3, makes a statement that the said proposals shall be decided within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking.
