Learned advocate for the petitioner fairly submits that the order which is challenged in the present petition is subject matter of challenge before respondent No. 2 and the respondent No. 2 is available from tomorrow onwards. He further submits that his stay application is pending for consideration before respondent No. 2. 2.

In the light of above, writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 to consider the stay application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on its own merits. 3.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
